It was a couple of months ago when I made my double-embed soap.
Preparing the embeds took time but making them reminded me of my elementary school art classes when we were given an assignment and had to use clay to create objects such as animals, fruits and sometimes even human figures.
Well, my task this time was not so complicated and if anything, the result looks rather like the work of a kindergartener (than an elementary school pupil) 🙂
Yet, it was fun and as soon as I get some time for play, I will experiment with other colors and different shapes.
The soap is scented with a blend of rose, geranium, and ylang ylang essential oils – a very soft and feminine blend.
I do not usually trim my soaps so the base and top lines are not the same but I believe it gives the soap a real “I-am-handmade” look.
I have some more soaps to introduce and will be back soon.
In the meantime, I wish you a warm and sunny day!
